Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mini Safe MS4348BR & MS46SR-30 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Miratron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minimotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Misumi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Miratron such as the CMD160580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC530M4T manufactured by Minimotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Minimotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XLONG300SB by Manufacturer Misumi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Devlieg Brand 7R620B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitel such as 9109080008NA equipment made by Mitel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DHAL55K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular BN624A534H01REVA original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRS1133E31 by Mitsubishi and 9109080008NA spares by Mitel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 490150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minster.
